More than 10 options in polls

Description

Clearly low priority, but it would be nice to be able to have more than 10 choices for polls (and ideally no hard limit).

This limitation stifles the crucial discussion of which restaurants we should order from more often.

FWIW for new subscriber, the field count is currently set at /diffusion/P/browse/master/src/applications/slowvote/controller/PhabricatorSlowvoteEditController.php;a0bf9a290a6b3f91d65d95f4101722662a17dede$178 and I have bumped it locally in my install as needed.

@chad, I was working on a more general solution for a bit with either a button to add more rows or auto-appearing as previous ones got filled in, but didn't have time to acquaint myself with enough javelin and phui stuff to do it well.
