Description

Noticed this just now on secure.phabricator.com:

When I scroll the main content, the chart stays in the background rather than scrolling up with everything else (like it used to).

Is this intentional?

Not intentional and its a bug. Merged this over to the older tracking task and added your instructive gif to the task description.
