Unable to delete Phriction document completely

Description

How to reproduce:

  1. create document (this creates 1st revision)
  2. delete document (this creates 2nd revision)
  3. delete document again (delete link is still present if document is deleted) and this creates 3rd revision

I think, that document is deleted, then it should be deleted for real OR at least do not show on /w/ homepage.

after you update one more delete will make things work as expected. Thanks for the report.
