Bulk edit for files (and their permissions)

Description

We have the default for file uploads set to the user who uploaded the file.

I noticed that tasks have a bulk edit page, but it doesn't appear that this is possible with Files.

One of my users recently added a bunch of images to the wiki and having to modify each file one at a time was a bit painful.

Could we get bulk edit for files?

We don't plan to implement this. More specifically, we are resolving the root problem of integrating Policies into Phriction (thus negating any need for a bulk editor). See T4029 for progress.
