DarkConsole enable/disable key configuration

Description

"After enabling DarkConsole, press the ` key on your keyboard to show or hide it."

Unfortunately on italian (and probably many other) keyboards there is not such a key. Would be possible to change it?

DarkConsole is primarily for Phabricator development, and the backtick symbol if fairly common with other coding languages (Perl, SQL, etc). I don't think this issue is limited to Phabricator.

"Alt" and later with alt continuously pressed "9" "6" (on the keypad) will do the job if needed
