So, currently Phriction is not visible to anonymous users, regardless of the settings of the app being "Can Use Application: Public (No Login Required)".

Is that the intended behavior?

If it is, that seems pretty inconsistent with the actual settings. For most other apps, setting this to public means that I can at least browse the content before being presented the login/register page.

Or is this something waiting on T4029: Support policies on Phriction wiki articles?
