Suppose there is a diff with multiple blocking project reviewers, if the viewer accepts the changes, the diff is expected to move to 'Waiting on Others' until other blocking reviewers have accepted.
However, the diff stays in the 'Blocking Others' section which is kinda wrong, since there's nothing the viewer can do to unblock the diff.
