Next button in notifications page doesn't work

Description

I have observed this twice today: if I have more than 100 notifications, clicking on "Next" at the bottom of /notification/query/all/ loads /notification/query/all/?after=6052013850568280679 but the same notifications are displayed.

We are running Phabricator up-to-date from a few days ago.
