Can you explain the problem a little better, this isn't something I see many people needing. How many documents do you have in Phriction that need to be in Legalpad? Also, do you expect them to sync, or just a one time import. How are you currently using Legalpad?

I don't think this should happen often enough to warrant a feature. Instead, copy and paste the remarkup of a wiki doc into a new legal doc.
