Summary

Adds a notice reminding viewers of their own question to resolve it and mark the correct answer.

Test Plan

View my own open question, see notice. Resolve question, notice goes away.

Oh, sorry, missed this.

This (and the "don't answer your own question" hint) feel like they have a bit of a different voice than the rest of the product to me, but this is all in flux anyway.

eeehhhh. I've thought about this for a while and can't come up with anything better. I'm not really feeling Ponder much these days and just want to polish up some bugs and put it on the shelf.
